Numbers of characters
▸ 2 characters max / work.

Canvas size
▸ Default size is 1668 x 2388px 300 DPI. Clients can specify the canvas size, but the maximum supported size is currently 3000 x 3000px 300 DPI.

Work file
▸ Clients will receive JPG / PNG file.

Payment
▸ via Buy me a Coffee (USD currency)
▸ Full payment upfront or split 50% upfront and paid the rest BEFORE receiving files.

Revision
▸ Free 3 times and next time will have additional fee start at $5 each time. No major revision after Line art stage. (No charge for revision if I made the mistake myself.)

Turnaround time
▸ 7 days to 1 month depending on the difficulty of the work, as well as my health and mental health at the time. I will be inform clients in advance if there will be a delay in delivery.

Cancellation and Refund
▸ Cancellation are NOT allowed once the work has started.
▸ If for any reason I am unable to start or continue the commission, client will receive full refund.
▸ Refunds in other cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

What counts as commercial use
▸ Merchandise : postcards, stickers, printed t-shirts etc.
▸ Online promotion and monetization: thumbnails, banners, icons, live stream material etc.
▸ Print promotion and monetization: book covers etc.
▸ Business promotional material: logo, packaging, promotional video etc.
*Commissioning for giveaways as a fan, without generating any revenue, will be counted as Personal Use.

How to write brief ?
You can write the brief however you like, but please ensure it includes information listed below, and reference are required.

▸ Client info : SNS Platform & username ( ex. Twitter @.ilovemyself12345) , Commission type (Normal or skeb)

▸ Description : Idea, mood & tone, Character's details (personality, costumes etc.) , Facial expressions & poses, Important details or details that need to be emphasized , Anything else you deem necessary. (It's best to write in a clear and concise manner.)

▸ references : add ref photos, moodboard or your own sketches. You can add as much as you want but make sure the photos are clear. If they’re not, create a separate folder to organize all the reference images. (DO NOT use AI for references.)

Explicit NSFW, Explicit Gore, Problematic or Fetish contents, Discrimination contents, NSFW contents from real people

The artist retains copyright to the commissioned work and may share it on social media or include it in the portfolio without informing the client. If the client does not wish for the work to be publicized, please inform in advance.

For 100% ownership, please contact via email to discuss further copyright transfer.

Clients may use an artwork as icon, header or post on social media, giving credit to @piukadot.

Clients are NOT allow to use the work in relation to NFTs or for AI training.

Clients are NOT allow to modify, alter, or claim ownership of the work.

Using commissioned artwork for bullying, defamation, discrimination, or any illegal purpose is prohibited.

ขนาดหน้ากระดาษ
▸ ขนาดเริ่มต้น (Default size) คือ 1668 x 2388px 300 DPI. ลูกค้าสามารถกำหนดขนาดเองได้ แต่ขนาดที่รองรับได้สูงสุดในขณะนี้คือ 3000 x 3000px 300 DPI.

การชำระเงิน
▸ ชำระเงินผ่าน ธนาคารกสิกรไทย (สกุลเงินไทยบาท)
▸ ชำระเงินแบบ เต็มจำนวน หรือ มัดจำ 50% และชำระส่วนที่เหลือ ก่อน รับงาน

การแก้ไขงาน
▸ ฟรี 3 ครั้ง ครั้งต่อไปมีค่าแก้ไขเริ่มต้น 50 บาท / ครั้ง ไม่สามารถขอแก้ไขในสเกลใหญ่ได้หลังขั้นตอนตัดเส้น (ไม่มีการเก็บค่าแก้ไข หากข้อผิดพลาดเกิดจากเราเอง)

ระยะเวลาการทำงาน
▸ 7 วัน - 1 เดือน ขึ้นอยู่กับความยากง่ายของงาน รวมถึงสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิตของเราในขณะนั้นด้วย จะแจ้งลูกค้าก่อนทุกครั้งหากต้องส่งงานล่าช้า

การยกเลิกงานและการคืนเงิน
▸ ไม่สามารถ ยกเลิกงานได้หากเริ่มทำงานแล้ว
▸ หากเรามีเหตุผลที่ไม่สามารถจบงานได้ ลูกค้าจะได้รับเงินคืน เต็มจำนวน
▸ การคืนเงินในกรณีอื่น ๆ จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณี ๆ ไป

อะไรบ้างที่นับเป็นเชิงพาณิชย์
▸ สินค้า : postcards, stickers, เสื้อพิมพ์ลาย ฯลฯ
▸ การโปรโมตหรือการสร้างรายได้ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ : thumbnails, banners, icons ฯลฯ
▸ การโปรโมตหรือการสร้างรายได้จากสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ : ปกหนังสือนิยาย, ปกอัลบั้ม, ภาพประกอบสื่อ ฯลฯ
▸ การโปรโมตธุรกิจ : โฆษณา, วิดีโอโปรโมต, ของแจกเพื่อโปรโมตแบรนด์ ฯลฯ
*หากทำของแจกในฐานะแฟนคลับ ไม่มีจุดประสงค์ในการสร้างรายได้ จะนับเป็นแบบ Personal Use

เขียนบรีฟอย่างไร ?
ลูกค้าเขียนบรีฟได้ตามสะดวก แต่รบกวนขอให้มีข้อมูลตามหัวข้อด้านล่าง และ จำเป็นต้องมีรูปเรฟ

▸ ข้อมูลลูกค้า: SNS Platform & username ( เช่น Twitter @.ilovemyself12345) , Commission type (Normal หรือ skeb)

▸ อธิบายบรีฟ : ไอเดีย, mood & tone, รายละเอียดตัวละคร (เช่น นิสัย, เสื้อผ้า ฯลฯ), การแสดงสีหน้า ท่าทาง, รายละเอียดสำคัญหรือรายละเอียดที่ต้องการเน้นย้ำ, รายละเอียดอื่น ๆ ที่ลูกค้าเห็นว่าจำเป็น (แนะนำให้เขียนสั้น ๆ และชัดเจน)

▸ รูปเรฟ : ใส่รูปเรฟหรือรูปสเก็ชต์ ใส่กี่รูปก็ได้ค่ะแต่รบกวนเช็คว่ารูปเห็นดีเทลได้ชัดเจน หากไม่ชัดเจนให้ทำโฟลเดอร์รวมรูปเรฟแยกไว้ (ห้าม ใช้รูป AI เป็นรูปเรฟ)

รับ / วาดได้
OC, FA, Pairing (BL,GL,HL), ชุดแนวโมเดิร์นหรือแฟชัน, ตัวละครจากด้อมที่เราอยู่ (NijiEN, TSHD, ALNST, Buddy daddies, ATEEZ)

วาดไม่ถนัด (ไฮไลท์ = สอบถามได้)
แฟนตาซี, เกราะ, Furry, หุ่นยนต์, อาวุธ, เครื่องจักร, ตัวละครสูงอายุ, ชุดหรือท่าโพสที่ซับซ้อน

ไม่รับวาด
NSFW แบบหนัก ๆ, Gore แบบหนัก ๆ, เนื้อหา Problematic หรือ Fetish, เนื้อหา Discrimination (การเหยียดหรือเลือกปฏิบัติ), NSFW จากบุคคลจริง

นักวาดยังคงเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ในผลงานคอมมิชชัน และอาจมีการเผยแพร่ผลงานบนโซเชียลมีเดียหรือ Portfolio โดยไม่แจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบ หากลูกค้าไม่ประสงค์ให้เผยแพร่ผลงาน โปรดแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

หากต้องการเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ 100% กรุณาติดต่อทางอีเมลเพื่อ พูดคุยเกี่ยวกับสัญญาการโอนลิขสิทธิ์เพิ่มเติมต่อไป

ลูกค้าสามารถนำผลงานไปใช้งาน เช่น ตั้งรูปโปรไฟล์, รูปปก, หรือโพสต์ลงโซเชียลมีเดีย โดยให้เครดิต @piukadot.

ลูกค้า ไม่สามารถ ปรับเปลี่ยน แก้ไข หรือแอบอ้างเป็นเจ้าของผลงานได้

ไม่อนุญาต ให้นำผลงานไปทำ NFTs หรือ ไปเทรน AI

ไม่อนุญาต ให้นำผลงานไปใช้ในการกลั่นแกล้ง ดูถูก เหยียดหยาม หรือ ใช้ในทางผิดกฏหมาย
